Pineleaf Estate CEO, Archbishop Nzekwesi hails UNIZIK VC’s vision, explores prospects for collaborations
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PineLeaf Estate and Properties Ltd., Archbishop Dr. Onyeka Joseph Nzekwesi, (Chinakaribeya) has commended the developmental vision and administrative exploits of the Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, expressing willingness to collaborate and cooperate with the administration for greater results.
Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor on Friday, October 9, 2026, Archbishop Nzekwesi, who is also the Presiding Archbishop of Jesus Is Alive Church, praised the open door policy of the Anyaehie administration and the various achievements of his administration in the last 10 months.
The Archbishop who was accompanied by Ambassador (Princess High Chief) Mrs Chinelo Onwudiwe, popularly known as Adadiogo Global said that the visit was primarily to appreciate the Vice-Chancellor for his efforts and contributions to the development of the university

He noted that several of his friends had spoken positively about the Vice-Chancellor’s work in the institution, adding that the visit provided an opportunity to express their appreciation and explore prospects for future collaboration.
Archbishop Nzekwesi also disclosed that he had been approached by some individuals seeking support for a proposed graduate studies project.
He explained that the project had earlier been brought to his attention alongside members of the Students’ Union Government (SUG), adding that further discussions on the initiative would follow at the appropriate time.

Giving an insight to his business and ministerial calling to the Vice Chancellor , Archbishop Nzekwesi disclosed that he was called to the ministry according to the prophetic mission of Jesus Christ to ‘set the captives free, proclaim the goodnews of salvation and also assist mankind in various ways instead of taking from men.
The cleric, described the visit as a gesture of goodwill, a mark of honour and appreciation.

Responding, Prof. Anyaehie thanked the visitors for finding him worthy of the visit and expressed the university’s openness to collaboration both in physical, social -spiritual and other areas of mutual interest.
He described the university as fertile ground for meaningful partnerships and encouraged prospective collaborators to invest in initiatives that would contribute to its growth and development.

The Vice-Chancellor welcomed further discussions on the proposed project and other areas of cooperation, while appreciating the visitors for their gesture and goodwill.

Also present during the visit was the Director of Information and Public Relations, UNIZIK, Comrade Aloysius Attah, alongside other members of the university management.
