The TETFund Centre of Excellence for Biomedical, Engineering, and Agricultural Translational Studies (TCE-BEATS), Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, is set to organize a one-day professional training workshop for members of the University Community.
The event, themed “New Product and Sustainable Systems Design,” will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the Chike Okoli Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies (COCES), commencing at 10:00 AM.
According to the organizers, the workshop is tailored for a diverse audience, including students, cooperative members, researchers, industrialists, and small business owners.
The training-cum-symposium will feature interactive sessions and practical demonstrations in areas such as Green and Red Herbal Teas, Organic Gums, Black Soap, and Sanitizers.
Resource persons for the event are specialists from TCE-BEATS. The Acting Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Joseph I. Ikechebelu, is expected to officially declare the workshop open.
