339 CANDIDATES TO BE AWARDED THE DOCTORATE DEGREE -UNIZIK VC. ESIMONE
UNIZIK Vice Chancellor Prof Charles Esimone has stated that over 2821 Degree holders and over 6750 Post Graduate Degree awardees will be convoking at the week long 14th convocation programme of the University.
These revelations were made known by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Charles Esimone during a press conference held at the Council Chambers of the administrative block on Monday morning.
Prof. Esimone enthused that there are 339 Doctorate Degree awardees on Thursday the fourth day of the programme as they will be conferred with the prestigious degree of the University. Prof. Esimone highlighted some of the events of the 14th convocation which includes an interdenominational service holding also on Monday.
Prof. Esimone highlighted that three eminent Nigerians will be conferred with the prestigious honorary degree of the University, the awardees are His Excellency Alhaji Sanusi, Emir of Kano; Chief Innocent Chukwuma, CEO INNOSON Group and Chief Daniel Chukwidozie, CEO Dizzy Group.
