    1. Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management
    2. MSc and PhD

    Areas of Specialization:

    (i) Valuation; (ii) Real Estate Investment Appraisals; (iii) Real Estate Development and Finance; (iv) Facilities and Property Management; (v) Land Administration and Management; (vi) Project Management

    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

    O’level

    5 O’ level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other 2 subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Biology, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Land Surveying, Book- Keeping or Financial Accounting and Agric. Science obtained at not more than two sittings.

    Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

    The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree in related discipline or a minimum of lower Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND,in Estate Management from a recognized Institution

    Master’s Degree (MSc)

    1. The candidate must have a first degree in in Estate Management or Facilities Management or Project Management with an FCGPA of not less than 2.5 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University
    2. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.0 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied

    Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree
