Available Programme:  Master of Pharmacy/Master of Science (M. Pharm/M. Sc.) and Doctor of                                 Philosophy (PhD) Degree

Areas of Specialization:

(i) Forensic Toxicology; (ii) Forensic Chemistry & Drug Analysis; (iii) Forensic& Legal Medicine

Admission Requirement:

O’level

5 O’ level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, physics obtained at not more than two sittings

Master’s Degree

i. Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

The candidate must have a first degree with a FCGPA of at not less than 2.5 in Pharmacy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University.

ii.   Master of Science (M.Sc.)

The candidate must have a first degree with a FCGPA of at not less than 2.5 in Botany, Crop Sciences, Plant Biology, Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree

A candidate who holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biology/Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology (EthnoPharmacology Option), Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry or Botany with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied
