    ABSU Alumni UNIZIK Chapter Visits VC Anyaehie, Commends Early Achievements.

    The Abia State University Alumni Association, UNIZIK Chapter, has paid a courtesy and solidarity visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, who is also a proud alumnus of Abia State University.

    The delegation, led by the Chairperson of the chapter, Esther Anyanwu, and accompanied by the Secretary, Obioma Henry, visited the Vice-Chancellor to formally congratulate him on his appointment and express the association’s solidarity with him.

    Speaking during the visit, Dr. Anyanwu commended Prof. Anyaehie for the impressive strides recorded within the short period of his administration, describing the progress as a reflection of purposeful leadership and a strong commitment to excellence.

    In his response, Prof. Anyaehie appreciated the delegation for the visit and their show of support. He expressed delight at learning more about the activities of the UNIZIK Chapter and reaffirmed his willingness to continue identifying with the Abia State University alumni community.

    The Vice-Chancellor also shared fond memories of his student days at ABSU, recalling the resilience and determination that shaped his academic journey.

    The visit ended with a vote of thanks by the Secretary of the association and a group photograph with the Vice-Chancellor.
