The Acting Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof. Carol Chinyelugo Arinze-Umobi, has congratulated Dr. Chinenye Gloria Okeke on her recent appointment as the Substantive Registrar of the university.
