The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Professor Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, has appointed Mr Ekene Prosper Ezeumeanya as Special Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor on New Media.
In a letter signed by Dr Chinenye Gloria Okeke, the Registrar, dated January 12, 2026, Mr Ekene’s appointment takes effect immediately.
Mr Ekene Ezeumeanya, is an Administrative Officer in the Open Space and Space Allocation Directorate (OSSA).
With more than 11 years of experience in digital broadcast journalism.
Ekene is expected to leverage his digital media expertise to drive the University’s growth in his new role.
