Members of the University Alumni are advised to check their names on the Voters register in readiness for the Convocation representative election into the Governing council holding tomorrow, Friday, April 9, 2021.
Information from the Electoral Committee has it that only Alumni members whose names are captured in the voters’ register are eligible to vote.
Hence, those who did not register during the stipulated time for registration should not bother participating in the exercise.
Eligible voters are to visit their designated polling station with a nationally accepted Photo ID and Photocopy of the Degree Certificate or Statement of Result.
Voters are further advised to conduct themselves orderly and peacefully during the accreditation and voting process.
