    Dr. Uche Eunice Ekpunobi is a Reader of the Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

    On 3rd January, 2020, Tetfund  based on the board of Trustees of the fund awarded to our University, Nnamdi Azikiwe University an Institution Research Project titled “Development of low and high voltage non – current leaking porcelain insulators from locally sourced materials” lead by Dr. Uche Eunice Ekpunobi, the Principal Researcher. The grant is based on  TETFund’s mandate and commitment of promoting and supporting impactful research activities in Public Tertiary Education Institutions in Nigeria with research execution duration of 24 months. The grant is worth N 39, 684, 110. Other members of the team include: Prof. Christopher Ihueze, Prof. Philomena Igbokwe, Prof. Azubike Ekpunobi, Dr. Happiness Obiora – Ilouno, Dr. Chijioke Onu, Engr. Samuel Ezennaya, and Mr Sunday Agbo.
