UNIZIK Advancement Board Storms Lagos for High-Impact Capacity Building Programme
The Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Advancement Board has arrived in Lagos to participate in the highly anticipated Capacity Building Training organised under the University Advancement Programme (UAP) of the Nigeria Higher Education Foundation (NHEF).
The training is designed to strengthen institutional advancement practices, enhance fundraising and stakeholder engagement strategies, and equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to drive sustainable institutional growth.
Leading the UNIZIK delegation is the Director of the University Advancement Board, Prof. Mary Ebele Onwuka, who described the capacity-building programme as a strategic investment in the future of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
According to Prof. Onwuka, the training provides a unique opportunity for members of the Advancement Board to acquire contemporary knowledge and global best practices in university advancement, fundraising, alumni relations, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
