UNIZIK Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, Holds Meeting with Safety Department Officials, Advocates Pro-Active Measures.
The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, convened a meeting with staff of the Safety Department on Tuesday, 17th February, 2026. Prof. Anyaehie held the meeting in response to recent security breaches on campus, which resulted in attacks on some Unizik students. The Vice-Chancellor, dissatisfied with the situation, directed a comprehensive investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, the Vice-Chancellor emphasized the need for enhanced safety measures for staff and students of the University.
