    Vice-Chancellor Hosts Ebonyi State Indigenous Welfare Association, UNIZIK Chapter.

    The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, recently played host to a delegation from the Ebonyi State Indigenous Welfare Association, UNIZIK Chapter, in a courtesy visit marked by goodwill and mutual commitment to institutional progress.

    The delegation, led by prominent members of the association including Chief Eze Marcel Obasi, Mr. Cletus Nwofia, Mr. Ogbonna Francis, Dr. Okereke Chukwu Nkumah, and Mrs. Ibe Juliana, visited the Vice-Chancellor to felicitate with him on his leadership and to express their readiness to collaborate with his administration. They pledged their support and reaffirmed their commitment to aligning with the Vice-Chancellor’s vision for a more dedicated, unified, and efficient workforce within the University community.

    In his response, Prof. Anyaehie warmly welcomed the delegation and commended the association for its show of solidarity and willingness to contribute to the growth of the institution. He emphasized that his administration remains inclusive and open to all, irrespective of state of origin, and is committed to fostering unity and cooperation among staff and students.

    The Vice-Chancellor further assured the delegation of his unwavering dedication to upholding the principles of justice, equity, and fairness in all matters concerning the University. He reiterated his resolve to build a conducive environment that promotes productivity, harmony, and excellence across all segments of the institution.

    The visit concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing optimism about future collaborations that will enhance the development and progress of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
