Timely Graduation of Students: To facilitate timely graduation of PG students:
a. With effect from 1st October, 2019, PG students shall no longer be required to present Departmental Internal Defense.
b. Overstay students should be required to complete the on-going student audit on or before 31st December, 2019.
c. The overstayed students who have completed their course work should be given a deadline of 31st March, 2020 to graduate. However, such students shall be required to pay all outstanding fees up to 2018/2019 session without paying extra fees. This decision shall further be ratified by the Senate.
