This is to alert the University Community of infiltration into the University of people with questionable character, who engage in various crimes within the University while disguising as staff.

Worthy of such crime is the case of Chief Matron Njoku Grace of Medical Centre who gave lift to staff on Monday, 20th March, 2017 and lost her belongings in the process.

The woman stopped at the tower round about on close of work for the people to enter the vehicle and the criminal also rushed and entered the vehicle.  On the way, others stopped at various points, remaining this unknown woman who alighted last but before disembarking from the vehicle, she stole the purse of the Matron containing N23,000.00 (twenty three thousand naira only), drivers license and ATM Card.

Beware!
